In April 1990, in California, at the capital of Vietnamese refugees in the United States, the stores of the Dao Computer INC were still open as usual, welcoming the Vietnamese people to their offices at 12812 Brookhurst Street, Garden Grove City, Orange County. It was a dedication by its kind owner for Community to use as an Activity Center for teaching English, using the computer for the newcomers in the United States. Other than that, people can also visit here for entertainment, playing chess, using the phone … all for free, offered by the owner. However, today, it was on the faces of some elderly people here, expressions of anxiety and despair. The young and kind owner, Mr. Đào Minh Quân, was also present. Noting something strange, he asked and was revealed about the whole thing. Realizing that this incident was severe for the country, he was deeply concerned: If this happened, maybe the Republic of Vietnam had no chance of regaining the country from communists. There was only one month left to prevent this disaster from happening. While there had been Hundred thousends of letters from patriotic intellectuals around the world sent to UNESCO (the U.N. Agency for Education, Science and Culture) to accuse HCM and to oppose Hồ’s honoring, but was hopeless.

The Vietnamese communists had submitted a profile to honor HCM as a World Cultural Celebrity at UNESCO since May 1989, in preparation for his (fake) 100th birthday anniversary on May 19, 1990. This malicious conspiracy was part of the plan to turn Vietnam into a district of Communist China. The name HCM was a Chinese spy, installed by Mao Zedong into Vietnam, creating a coup that robbed Prime Minister Trần Trọng Kim in 1945. Then launched the so-called “the long war of resistance” in 1946, pushed Vietnamese people into a period of mourning, fratricidal bloodbath with a malicious trick of “taking firewood of beans to cook beans, using Vietnamese to kill Vietnamese”, which was cruel and evil!

In 1953, HCM signed with Mao Zedong to hand over Vietnamese islands and lands to China to repay the Chinese Communist for their help. Then in 1975, the Vietnamese Communists invaded the South to conquer the Republic of Vietnam, completed their domination over the whole of Vietnam, causing many classes of people in the South to suffer imprisonment, killed, and to leave their homeland by crossing the sea, where a million people lost their lives in the deep ocean and deep forest. The Vietnamese communists set up the image of HCM as “the old father of the nation”, to brainwash generations of Vietnamese, especially Northern people, with stories of delusions and fantasies, as well as using cruel tricks and killing people to cover the sins that HCM had caused, and incessant on the call to “learn and follow the example” of old Hồ …

The young Imperial Duke Đào Minh Quân at that time was a successful businessman. His business was flourishing, and he was one of the few successful Vietnamese millionaires in America. He knew that: this was a war of survival. If he decided to stand out to stop this honor but fail, then it seemed there was no chance for Vietnam because HCM would be recognized as the World Celebrity. If he stood out to expose this evil man successfully, he would become the target of revenge, not only by the Vietnamese Communist but also by the international communist regime.

Despite all the risks and dangers, he decided not to hesitate but immediately began researching the possible options. With four crimes that accused HCM by Vietnamese intellectuals around the world, they were: Genocide, Corruption, Rape, and Plagiarism, but all of them are denied and rejected by the Vietnamese Communist:

1. On the crime of genocide: The Vietnamese Communist countered that: in World War II, the Allies within one month with casualty totalling hundreds of thousands; compare with the war in Vietnam lasted from 1930 to 1975 is over 45 years, the total casualty was nearly 2 million people, and the average is still much lesser.

2. On the crime of robbery: The Vietnamese Communist countered that: HCM was the President of the country, but until his death, there was no asset signed under his name.

3. About the rape of women: They said that the victim must denounce the rape, and the sperm of the culprit must obtain from the woman’s private part.

4. Crime of plagiarism (Plagiarism): As HCM’s Declaration of Independence dated September 2, 1945, used the words of the Declaration of America. The Vietnamese Communist rejected that: “Independence, Freedom, Happiness” is the desire of all humanity, so maybe the ancestors of Vietnam used it before the United States?

The communists were so cunning, and they had almost won against the protest wave of more than thousands Vietnamese intellectuals around the world. They were very confident of winning and were preparing to celebrate an excellent birthday for HCM at UNESCO to honor him.

Facing the urgent situation and the hope of going upstream to succeed was also very fragile. Nevertheless, Mr. Đào Minh Quân did not give up any chance, even though it was not much, to destroy this honor and lies of Communists. So, he looked for a journalist, a former correspondent of the international press group Associated Press (A.P.), Mr. Robert D. Ohman, who used to sponsor him when he followed and help him to observe the war in Vietnam, especially during the Mậu Thân Lunar New Year 1968, when the Communists attacked South Vietnam. At that time, he was a teenager of about 14–15 years old. With the help of Robert D. Ohman, Mr. Đào Minh Quân and a few others contacted the UNESCO to proposed: “We do not object to honoring HCM. We only want to ask to clarify whether HCM and NAQ are the same person, according to what the Vietnamese Communist has stated in the honor application file”.

Furthermore, he suggested: “Getting fingerprints of the dead body located in Hanoi Ba Đình mausoleum, to compare with the fingerprints of NAQ stored at the Second Department in France. If the verification shows the fingerprint is of the same person, we will accept this honor.” At that time, the Imperial Duke Đào Minh Quân was also a Member of the Host Committee of the U.S. Republican Party.

His gentle, concise and humble but firm words made UNESCO undeniable. They sent a letter requesting the communist side to provide the fingerprints of HCM from his corpse in Ba Đình. The Vietnamese Communist did not dare and could not do it. As a result, the application file honoring HCM as the World Celebrity was cancelled (thrown in the trash) because there was not enough evidence.

However, with the nature of lies in their blood, on the fake birthday of HCM (May 19, 1990), the Vietnamese communists still sent a delegation to fly to UNESCO, rented a meeting room to celebrate a birthday, filming and taking photos and sending back to the country to deceive the people, that it was “Hồ’s Honor Ceremony”.

The event was an echoing and decisive victory for the struggle to regain the country of the Vietnamese nation and the descendants of the RVN, led by IMPERIAL DUKE ĐÀO MINH QUÂN. The exposure of HCM as a spy of the Chinese Communist, and not a Vietnamese, liberated the human mind and became a ray of light in the night, the first drop of acid to dissolve the solid iron block Communism. This exposing of the fake idol HCM, of the so-called “nation’s old father”, has helped many Vietnamese people, including communist cadres and party members, to find a brighter path. It will liberate the perception of many people in the world who have been misleading to find the truth because of the subtle tricks and evil crimes of Communists.
